Evolution of Two Buildings

From the exterior to the interior, Maury County Investments pays careful attention down to the last detail - all of which takes a building from beyond merely functional to simply outstanding. We work carefully with our architect and builder to ensure the project runs as seamlessly as possible from beginning to completion. The end result benefits both tenant and community.

Maintaining historical integrity is an important process of renovating a property. Maury County Investments strives to keep this integrity and authenticity while updating and modernizing our buildings. We believe this combination works well in terms of maintaining the Southern and historical charm that makes Maury County buildings unique and attractive.

Below is a photographic journey of what we call "the evolution of a building," e.g., restoring, renovating and revitalizing it to make a beautiful, functional space for both tenants and the community.

106 North Main, Mt. Pleasant - Before & After

This building was completely renovated in 2017. Located on Main Street in downtown Mount Pleasant, the property is now beautifully renovated.  The exterior and interior were designed to evoke a feel reminiscent of a small town's store from yesteryear.
